“What Does It Take” was released in 1986 as part of Honeymoon Suite’s album “The Big Prize”. This single, penned by Derry Grehan, reached no.52 on the top charts. The single’s position on the charts was helped by being included in the soundtrack for the John Cusack movie “One Crazy Summer”.
Written by the band’s lead guitarist, Derry Grehan, “New Girl Now” won the band a song contest on Q107, which lead to them signing with WEA Canada. From there, “New Girl Now” reached the top-50 chart in the U.S., the band’s first single to do so.
“The Bazaar” was released in 1995 as part of The Tea Party’s album ”The Edges Of Twilight”. The music video for “The Bazaar” won a MuchMusic award for “Fan Favourite Video” in 1995. Jeff Martin was the former front man of The Tea Party and performs the song on Sessions X.
